Your Excellency,
We are glad making our
first contact to you in the United Nations Organization because we believe that
your organization is the final authority to solve the problems of
oppressed nations around the world and that's why we have contacted you in the hope to observe the case of Baluchistan territory in the
Iranian borders and stop the cruelty of the Islamic Republic Regime against the oppressed Baluch Nation. So
I would like to attract your kind
attention to the following points for taking suitable action:
1-
Since the Islamic Republic Regime in Iran has taken the power,
within last thirty six years of their rule they have imposed the worst kind of
cruelty and discrimination on Baluch Nation. Now the extreme pressure and pain
on our nation has become unbearable. So we feel that the time has come for interference of your responsible organization to stop
violating the human rights in our
territory Baluchistan inside the Iranian borders.
2-
Within thirty six years of Islamic Republic rule we have frequently
requested the rulers to grant autonomy to the
none-Persian nationalities inside the Iranian borders but not only they have refused our requests and have
not responded us, vice-versa they have increased the level of oppression on our people and have
started chasing us like criminals.
3-
Please be informed that Iranian
rulers always with baseless accusations have killed tens of
our clergymen and youth who have protested their barbarous behavior and
hundreds of others are under torture in the jails and some of
them have been executed. This tribble
behavior continuously is running in our homeland and it is really unbearable now. So we need the urgent interference and
assistance of the United Nations
Organization to stop the tragedy.

The Islamic regime has
stepped on justice and has kept our nation under sever deprivation by economic
blockade and forcefully increased the level of terror and aggression to
keep our people in extreme silence in
order to continue its inhumane policies.
So in such a status we need the assistance and support of UNO to stop the Islamic regime from
violating human rights in our territory
Baluchistan.
5-
We Baluch people in Iran are
Muslims of Sunni sect and moderate like Muslims in Saudi Arabia, United Arab
Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Malesia, India … and against
any kind of rough actions and religious terrorism but recently we have
taken arms to defend our existence and preserve our humane dignity and our basic human rights against the brutality of the
Islamic Republic regime, a regime
intended to annihilate our national
identity.
6-
We inform as soon as the Islamic Republic Regime agrees
to a Federal System like in Pakistan or India and grants autonomy to our nation
and the other suppressed nations in Iran we will place down our weapons and
start a peaceful life with Persian nation and the Persian Central Government, otherwise we will
continue our arm struggle till the end of 2016, then our slogan will change
from autonomy to full independence. This is the case of Baluch nation in Iran
and we need to be supported by the United Nations Organization to rescue our
nation from suppression.
At the end we will be looking forward for your
approval and kind respond.
